360 Skills — Learn. Develop. Comply.
Last updated: October 2026
360 Skills is an internal AMCO platform for training compliance, learning and development, competency, and performance appraisal. This policy explains what information we collect when you register, sign in, and use the app, and how that information is used.
When you create an account on 360 Skills, we collect your email address and a password of your choosing. Your password is never stored in plain text — it is securely hashed by the platform before it is saved.
After registration, you may be invited to complete an employee profile. The profile information you or your administrator provide includes your full name, employee ID, department, job role(s), supervisor name, joining date, and work email. A profile photo is optional and only added if you choose to upload one.
Each time you log in, the platform records a session access entry to support security and administrative oversight. This entry captures:
Your name and email address (as held on your user account).
The date and time your session started and the date and time of your most recent activity.
These access entries are visible to system administrators through the User Access History page and are used to monitor legitimate use of the platform.
As you use 360 Skills, the platform stores the records you create or that are assigned to you. This includes:
Training records and training plans created for you or by you, including training dates, expiry dates, assessment scores, and any evidence or certificate documents you or your supervisor upload.
Learning & Development assignments, course progress, assessment attempts and scores, and issued certificates.
Competency assessments and functional competency ratings recorded by your supervisor or training administrator.
Performance appraisal responses — your self-appraisal ratings and comments, and where applicable, your manager ratings and comments.
Job descriptions and signed documents attached to your profile.
Files you upload (evidence, certificates, signed documents, profile photos) are stored on the platform and linked to your account.
Your information is used solely to operate 360 Skills as a training, compliance, and development platform. Specifically:
To verify your identity and give you secure access to the app.
To track your training compliance, certification status, and learning progress so you and your supervisor can see what is completed, in progress, due, or overdue.
To issue and verify training certificates and to allow third parties to validate a certificate through the public verification page.
To support performance appraisals, competency assessments, and development planning between you and your manager.
To produce dashboards and reports for authorized supervisors, managers, HR, and training administrators so they can oversee compliance and development across their teams.
To maintain a record of account access for security monitoring and audit purposes.
Access to your information is controlled by your role and the role of the person viewing it.
You can always see your own training records, certificates, assignments, appraisal responses, and profile.
Your direct supervisor and manager can see the training, compliance, competency, and appraisal information of employees who report to them.
HR, HSE Managers, Training Administrators, and Managers can see employee and training data within the scope of their responsibilities.
Administrators have access to manage users, settings, and records across the platform, including the User Access History log.
Information is never sold or shared with outside parties for marketing purposes.
Your account and training records are kept for as long as your account is active and as needed to maintain training compliance and audit records.
Session access entries are retained to support security monitoring and historical audit.
If your account is no longer needed, an administrator can deactivate it. Records linked to compliance and certification may be retained even after an account is deactivated, where required for regulatory or audit purposes.
If you have a question about how your information is handled in 360 Skills, contact your HR or training administrator, or reach out to the platform administrator through your usual AMCO support channel.
By using 360 Skills you acknowledge that your information is handled as described in this policy.
